Shelli serves as Manager of Advisory, Insurance & Investment Operations, providing leadership and oversight to support the efficient delivery of advisory, insurance, and investment services. With a strong focus on operational excellence, Shelli works closely with advisors and internal teams to streamline processes, improve workflows, and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and those who serve them.

In this role, Shelli helps oversee day-to-day operations, supports the implementation of business strategies, and identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client services. Shelli is committed to building strong partnerships across the organization and creating processes that allow advisors to focus on what they do best – serving their clients and helping them pursue their financial goals.
