Women's Wealth Wave

The Women's Wealth Wave™

Building confidence to lead wealth at every stage.

Over the next decade, women will increasingly direct wealth through inheritance, entrepreneurship, executive compensation, and family transitions.

But having wealth and having the confidence to manage it are not the same thing.

The Women's Wealth Wave™ is Stavis Wealth's commitment to providing women with education, frameworks, and strategic insight to lead financial decisions with clarity, whether preparing to inherit, navigating a liquidity event, stewarding family assets, or building long-term wealth.

Evidence shows that women do not lack competence, they lack confidence. This program empowers women through education.

Why This Exists

Women making high-stakes financial decisions often encounter a frustrating gap with education that is either too basic to be useful, or too abstract to apply.

The Women's Wealth Wave™ is designed to treat women as decision-makers. We assume intelligence, explain complexity clearly, and equip participants to ask better questions of their advisors regarding investment opportunities and the entire planning structure.

What It Is

The Women's Wealth Wave™ is an educational initiative led by Deborah Stavis, CFP® and founder of Stavis Wealth, who has advised high-net-worth families for over 35 years and built multiple billion-dollar advisory firms. Sessions are taught by Deb and members of the Stavis Wealth team, alongside select outside experts including investment managers, estate attorneys, tax specialists, and philanthropic giving experts.

The focus is learning from real-world practitioners who actively manage substantial wealth and structure customized plans.

Sessions span foundational concepts and advanced strategies, always with the goal to help women participate actively in the decisions shaping their wealth, their families, and their legacy.

Topics may include:

  • Development of clear vision, goals, and objectives
  • Investment philosophy, portfolio design, and fees
  • Tax-aware planning and wealth transfer considerations
  • Private markets and how to evaluate opportunities
  • Risk management and asset protection
  • Estate planning, trust structures, and other tax planning entities
  • Liquidity events, business succession planning, and concentrated wealth
  • Executive compensation and equity planning
  • Family governance and next-generation preparation
  • Philanthropic strategy

Sessions are designed to be substantive, practical, and focused on a deeper understanding of how to optimize and manage wealth.
